Dubois County Health Department identifies risk exposure

Important Public Health Information

Dubois County Health Department has confirmed today the fourth positive case of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Dubois County. The positive case is not a child and is an adult individual. The individual's employer has been notified. Through investigation a potential risk exposure to certain individuals in a public setting has been identified. The patient was identified to have attended the following event.
St. Isidore Catholic Parish, St. Celestine Church, 3/15/2020, 8 a.m. service.

If you were present at this facility, at that date and time, and have developed fever, cough, difficulty breathing, chills, body aches, sore throat, headache, nausea/vomiting, runny nose, weakness, or diarrhea, please self-quarantine and contact your primary care provider for additional guidance.
